Broccoli & Carrot Salad is a good source of vitamin A & C. It's quick, easy, and best of all, it's good for you! That's what I look for in a recipe! Switch to a regular ranch for a low carb side, but be stingy with the sauce. Remember, the dressing is supposed to enhance the flavor of the veggies.
